At iORA, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and retain their original tags for a smooth processing experience.
Initiate Request
Log into your iORA account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the invoice and all original tags are included inside the parcel.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
